So here we go...

That picture up there was taken while I was in Harlem with Wind Ensemble. Even though I saw most of it just riding through the borough in a tour bus, I gleaned a lot about the current state of Harlem. For a heck of a long time the idea of high rise public housing was foreign to me. I'm interested to see whether things were better or worse back then than they are now.
